Each year brings new opportunities in the long term care industry as it becomes increasingly specialized and sophisticated. Take this opportunity to obtain your Corporate Sponsorship (which is substantially reduced the from 2009 price levels) during the premier LTCI conference March 14 to March 17, 2010 in New Orleans, LA. Although each of our previous nine conferences received rave reviews, this year's conference as part of our tenth anniversary celebration, will usher in a new decade of ILTCI conferences. As such, we are introducing new session formats that combine different tracks into each session in order to focus on the issues from new and varied points of view. This will result in larger and more interactive sessions. This new style of educational delivery will further enhance our unparalleled networking opportunities. We will also once again feature a dynamic Keynote presentation and in response to your requests, will move the CEO forum to primetime on Tuesday afternoon.
This year, our Exhibit Hall only has space for 52 exhibitors versus 64 last year (since we use only perimeter booths with a few double size booths in the center). If you are interested in exhibiting, please sign up immediately, as we expect to sell out quickly this year.
This year's conference begins with the opening Exhibit Hall reception on Sunday night. The Keynote speaker is featured in the first time slot after Monday morning's breakfast in the Exhibit Hall. Tuesday night will feature a conference sponsored tenth anniversary celebration, followed on Wednesday morning by our getaway networking breakfast. As in past years, the Exhibit Hall opens on Sunday evening, with Breakfast, Lunch and early evening receptions held in the Exhibit Hall on Monday and Tuesday. Monday and Tuesday also feature 42 educational breakouts, most of which will feature interaction among two or more of the ten different tracks; Actuarial, Claims, Compliance, Field Marketing, Group, Home Office Marketing, Management, Operations, Policy & Providers, and Underwriting.
By becoming a Corporate Sponsor, your company will gain valuable exposure to the LTCI decision makers, including virtually all of the top executives. Also, over 350 representatives from the top LTCI marketing groups are expected to attend this year, as we expect to expand the popular "scholarship" program we instituted last year for full time successful LTCi producers. Each Corporate Sponsor will also have the opportunity to nominate a limited number of producers for this scholarship consideration. Finally, Corporate Sponsors receive a substantial discount for their corporate attendees from the regular registration fee together with other perks.
The four Corporate Sponsorship levels from last year, Diamond, Platinum, Gold, and Silver, will again be available. To encourage an even greater level of participation, we have slashed the cost of the Diamond and Platinum levels, with the other levels being more affordable, as well.
The fee for the Diamond Corporate Sponsorship is $10,995 which includes: (Last year's price was $16,995)
• Named Conference Sponsor (with attribution on the Web Site home page).

• Up to 30 attendee registrations at $195 each ($295 after January 14th, 2010)
• An exhibit booth for only $995 extra (or a 20 x 10 Center Island for only $2,995 extra)

• Additional registrations for only $395 per person
• A credit of $1,500 towards one of the six extra cost Sponsorships, or a 50% credit of
food and beverage costs (up to $5,000) towards a Hospitality Event or a 25% credit
of food and beverage costs (up to $5,000) for a private pre/post Corporate meeting.
• Opportunity to nominate up to 15 LTCi producers for scholarships
The fee for Platinum level corporate sponsorship is $7,995 which includes:
• Named Sponsor of one of the networking functions
• Up to 18 attendee registrations at $195 each ($295 after January 14th, 2010)
• An exhibit booth for only $995 extra (or a 20 x 10 Center Island for only $2,995 extra)
• Web links from the on-line website plus Pre and Post-show mailing lists
• Additional registrations for only $595 per person
• A credit of $1,000 towards one of the six extra cost Sponsorships, or a 25% credit of
food and beverage costs (up to $2,500) towards a Hospitality Event or a 15% credit
of food and beverage costs (up to $2,500) for a private pre/post Corporate meeting.
• Opportunity to nominate up to 9 LTCi producers for scholarships
The fee for Gold level corporate sponsorship is $5,995 which includes:
• Up to 12 attendee registrations at $195 each ($295 after January 14th, 2010)
• An exhibit booth for only $995 extra (or a 20 x 10 Center Island for only $2,995 extra)
• Web links from the on-line website plus Pre and Post-show mailing lists
• Additional registrations for only $695 per person
• A credit of $500 towards one of the six extra cost Sponsorships, or a 15% credit of
food and beverage costs (up to $1,500) towards a Hospitality Event or a 10% credit
of food and beverage costs (up to $1,500) for a private pre/post Corporate meeting.
• Opportunity to nominate up to 6 LTCi producers for scholarships
The fee for Silver level corporate sponsorship is $3,495 which includes:
• Up to 6 attendee registrations at $195 each ($295 after January 14th, 2010)
• An exhibit booth for only $995 extra (or a 20 x 10 Center Island for only $2,995 extra)
• Web links from the on-line website plus Pre and Post-show mailing lists
• Additional registrations for only $745 per person
• Opportunity to nominate up to 3 LTCi producers for scholarships
The Hospitality Event slots on Monday night will be available on a first request basis. Each Hospitality Event will be open from 6:30pm to 9:30pm with the room provided free of charge, together with a listing and promotion of the event in the program conference book. Although there is no fee for the Hospitality Event, each company will be responsible for payment of the food and beverage for their Hospitality Event. The first six companies confirming a Hospitality Event will receive a one bedroom suite for their use during the conference at the regular room rate as a bonus.
