Each year brings new opportunities in the long term care industry as it becomes increasingly specialized and sophisticated.  Take this opportunity to exhibit during the premier LTCI conference March 29 to April 1, 2009 in Reno, NV.  Although each of our previous eight conferences received rave reviews, last year’s conference continued the practice of being rated higher than any previous conference.  This year’s conference has still more improvements planned and is expected to grow about 25% and attract over 1,000 participants.  The exhibit hall has sold out each of the last five years.  Just as with last year, we expect to be limited to about sixty exhibitors since we use only perimeter booths (except for the five double size booths in the center).  If you are interested in exhibiting, sign up now, as we have reduced pricing over 10% from 2008 and expect to sell out much earlier this year. 
 
This year’s conference begins with the opening Exhibit Hall reception on Sunday night.  The Keynote speaker is featured in the first time slot after Monday morning’s breakfast in the Exhibit Hall.  Wednesday features the CEO Forum and the Medical Directors forum, with the Distributors Roundtable moving to this day’s agenda.  Wednesday also features a Hot Breakfast, our Networking Lunch and a special evening event.  As in past years, the Exhibit Hall opens on Sunday evening, with Breakfast, Lunch and early evening receptions held in the Exhibit Hall on Monday and Tuesday.  Monday and Tuesday also feature our 56 educational breakouts spread among the ten tracks; Actuarial, Claims, Compliance, Field Marketing, Group, Home Office Marketing, Management, Operations, Policy & Providers, and Underwriting.
 
By exhibiting, your company gains valuable exposure to the LTCI decision makers, including virtually all of the top executives.  Also, over 350 representatives from the top LTCI marketing groups are expected to attend this year in response to our newly developed “scholarship” program for full time successful LTCi producers.  The exhibit hall is open for about thirteen hours (without any other competing events).  In addition, the special prize drawing, which has been such a success the last three years, provides a grand prize worth at least $1,500.  Every attendee who visits each exhibitor is entered in the drawing for this grand prize.  Last year, most of the attendees visited every booth. 
 
The fee for a booth in the exhibit hall is $3,495 and includes:
• 10’ x 10’ Exhibit Space with Identification sign, 6’ draped table, 2 chairs and wastebasket
• Four complimentary attendee registrations

• 6’ x 10’ Exhibit Space with Identification sign, 4’ draped table, 1 chairs and wastebasket
